ABOUT OUR TRAINING

Selection Process Adapting to the special needs of our client's and individualizing our services is our company policy. Hence guards are recruited for each Post, keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the client.

Our essential recruitment Qr.s are as follows

  • High school diploma or equivalen
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Ability to speak, read, write and understand the Hindi and language.
  • Writing basic incident reports.
  • Testify in court
  • Interview witnesses or victims
  • Prepare case reports
  • Contact police, fire, or emergency medical services via radio and/or telephone
  • Must be able to work flexible hours 6 days/week.
  • Must be able to work a 48 hour work week
  • Must be able to work shift work.
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand during an entire 8 hour shift
  • Must be able to stay alert for 8 hours.
  • Possess a neat, clean, and presentable appearance
  • Must be able to pass extensive background screening including, but not limited to, drug screening, employment and education confirmations.

Fire Safety

Fire safety is the set of practices intended to reduce the destruction caused by Fire. It includes those that are intended to prevent ignition of an uncontrolled fire, and those that are used to limit the development and effects of a fire after it starts. All of our work forces are trained to handle all fire fighting equipments and thus in case of emergency they need not depend on fire brigade to extinguish the fire to avoid destruction.

On The Job Training(OJT)

We train guards within their own working environment where they can use the tools and equipment which will be needed to carry out their specific role. The purpose is to train guards to be more effective in observing their environment and documentation through both written and oral reports.

The OJT will be tailor made as per the requirement of the client.
